Locaze Wins JHU I&E Challenge Medtech Prize

Locaze was awarded the $10,000 MedTech Prize at the JHU Pava Center Innovation & Entrepreneurship Challenge. We look forward to collaborating with the Pava Center over the next year as we launch our sideline data collection study.

Locaze Advances to Top 10 in Baylor New Venture Competition

The Locaze team is thrilled to announce our participation in the 2024 Baylor New Venture Challenge Finals at the Baylor University Foster Campus for Business and Innovations on March 22-23. We are honored to have secured a spot as a Top 10 Finalist competing for $50k and are eagerly anticipating the Pitch Competition and BNVC finals in Waco, TX.

Our team is eager to share an update from Locaze's participation in the 2023 HopStart Competition. Locaze placed second in the Medical Technology and Life Science Ventures II category and won an additional $3000 in funding.
We had the opportunity to network with judges, mentors, and other teams at these competitions, ranging from JHU affiliates to international startups. We can’t wait to integrate the feedback we received as we work on completing software development and preparing for testing in the upcoming months!
